No man is greater than his prayer life. The pastor who is not praying is playing; the people who are not praying are straying. We have many organizers, but few agonizers; many players and payers, few pray-ers; many singers, few clingers; lots of pastors, few wrestlers; many fears, few tears; much fashion, little passion; many interferers, few intercessors; many writers, but few fighters. Failing here, we fail everywhere.

  2. What thought provoking thoughts! I have been doing a study of my own on prayer in my morning devotions and have been convicted/challenged.

  3. Excellent..thank you for sharing this...

    How is Kendrick?

  4. Hope, as of about 6:00 p.m. Central time there in TX, Kendrick's breaths are slow and shallow and his heart rate is steadily declining. Please continue to pray for Allen & Alicia as his death draws near! Thanks for asking!

  5. Wow, this is *really* convicting, thanks for sharing it.

Thanks for taking a minute to read my ramblings and leave a comment! I appreciate it!
