Update on Robyn & Family

My sister, Robyn, and her family are safely across the US border and on their way to SC. They're nearing the Louisiana border tonight, then traveling on tomorrow. Thank you for all your prayers for them! I'm a relieved sister to know they're in the US! :)

  1. Whew, long journey.

    Thanks for the update.

  2. I'm so glad your sister is back safe in the US. God truly is good and protects and provides!

I so enjoyed your posts about the Bible reading lists (I've bookmarked the chronological one) and the fact that you read Wiersbe. Isn't he just one of your favorites? I really enjoy him and was introduced to his writings by my Pastor.

Thank you for always being an encouragement and for putting Jesus first in all your posts. I love to come by and get refreshed.

    God bless you - Julie

  3. Becky, it is a long trip, for sure. It always takes at the least 3 days; this one has taken 4. Hopefully they're in NC by now and getting ready for church tomorrow.

Julie, I had heard of Wiersbe but never read him till I picked up this devotional book. I think Wes got it at a book sale or something several years ago. I just happened to see it when I was looking up something, and when I started looking through it I just knew it would be the perfect companion for my devotions. I'm so glad the Lord put it in my path!

Thanks for taking a minute to read my ramblings and leave a comment! I appreciate it!
