MacBook

I don't have one. Wes said I wouldn't know how to operate a Mac, anyway. Plus this MacBook Air is very, very expensive. But I've been watching the ad on TV, and I just think it's so cool: a notebook computer thin enough to fit into a manilla envelope. I want one, but, as mentioned above, there are a couple of pretty significant reasons I can't have one.

So when Andrew found this "ad" on YouTube, I thought it was so funny that I just had to share it with you. It's more along the lines of what I have!

  1. Now THAT was funny! Spoofs are always better than the real thing! Thanks for sharing! I will have to pass that along to my husband and brother, the computer geeks. My kids all want one of those computers. I'm just thinking that nothing good can come of something that small around this house!

  2. That is a hilarious spoof! I am going to get me a MacBook Air somehow, some way, though. I've always had Mac's and that thing makes me covet.

  4. We are totally Mac people. Made the switch when Windows Vista hit the market. Though a MacBook Air is very cool, it's not practical for us. Living in the country, no one has wireless internet anywhere (it has no ethernet port and only 1 usb port) I love our iMac, though. It's so sleek... no clunky tower, nice ultra-thin keyboard, built-in webcam (which I never use lol), and love the "Mighty Mouse"... and the machine runs like a dream. Anyway, enough tech-talk.

I think the best part of that spoof was the RUBBER CHICKEN ROFL!!!

  5. Susan, I laughed so hard I scared the baby. Oops. This was absolutely hilarious! It's a lot like my old computer too.

Like Elizabeth mentioned, I think my favorite part was the rubber chicken.

    Thanks for the laugh!

  6. Don't feel bad, Susan. I wouldn't have a clue how to operate one, either. ;)
    Blessings,
