Jennifer asked how I make my garlic green beans. It's really, really easy . . . cook your green beans to just tender. Drain them, and put them in your serving bowl. In the pan the beans were cooked in, melt about a tablespoon of butter. Crush a clove of garlic, saute it in the butter until it becomes a golden color, then pour over the green beans and toss to coat. There you go!
